By placing an order on charmpetal.space, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused or only lightly inspected
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)
- Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through customer misuse
- Items returned after 30 days
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Shipping fees paid during checkout (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
